We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy on any manufacturing fault or damaged pieces, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind our products.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will arrange for a refund or exchange once the item has been received and inspected.
Please note that due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, so please choose carefully before making your purchase. Our team is always happy to provide guidance and advice to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.
If you have received the wrong item or believe your item is faulty please contact customerservice@lostinatlantis.com.au with your order number and photo of the item and a refund or replenishment will be issued for you.
Please not that all pearls are natural and have a unique shape. They may appear to be a slightly different shape to the picture giving you a one of a kind piece. We will do our best to ensure they are as similar as possible to the display photo.
